Are People Really Going to Buy "Copilot+PC" Computers?

I recently tuned into a Microsoft event for the first time, focusing on the Copilot+PC launch, but I didn’t find anything particularly intriguing. The presentation was filled with vague marketing jargon, and the new Recall feature struck me as a bloated version of the Windows 10 Timeline. In Windows 10, you can already search the timeline and, if memory serves, even find text within photos in previous versions of the Photos app and Windows Photo Gallery.
I’m struggling to grasp why this is considered such a significant development. HP seems to be fully committed to this initiative, while it appears that other companies are reluctantly following suit.
